Return / Refund / Cancellations

 

We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Request your return at https://kurtiplussize.com/apps/return_prime and you must also send the dress pic and label of parcel to us at whatsapp - 8302230831.

We do One time free exchange for size issues with in 3 days of item getting delivered.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the label of parcel. 

While we strive to serve our customers in the right way, yet being humans we can also be at fault.

If you have received a faulty Kurti like with a misprint or wrong Kurti, we will either refund or exchange with a new Kurti as we deem fit.

We DONOT do free returns for customer not liking the product or fabric even though we have sent the same as shown in the catalog. Pls do note there can be slight variation in color due to different production batches and camera lighting.


If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for return pickup.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations

In case of a prepaid order, you may request us for cancellation and we may do the same if item is not shipped. Refund would be done by upi payment on the number you would ask us.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

Only bank payment or UPI payment would be done back to you.
